Reputable Laptop Repair in Bristol | Quality, Affordable

This is a guide constructed from online info about Bristol’s most reputable repair shops. We’ve looked at ratings and comments and the general impression of the service given. In this guide, we compare the technical capabilities, customer service, prices and reviews. We also cover personal, corporate, business and gaming repair options.

This is an unsponsored post aimed to give you confidence in the price and service of Bristol Laptop Repair shops without having to do all this research yourself- hopefully making fixing a broken laptop a bit less of a painful experience.

In the table below we list some of the key features of these repair places. Later on, we describe the type of service and the ethos of each place along with other ‘nice to know’ details.

If you just want to find the closest reputable repair near you, see this map from the location of these shops around the city.

How to know if a laptop repair shop is right for you?

There are a couple of main things to look out for when you’re choosing which PC shop will offer the best repairs for you. Firstly, the ratings are very important. We are strong proponents of checking ratings (and leaving ratings after the service).

Secondly, you want a friendly, approachable and trustworthy feel. Even if you know nothing about computers, you need to be welcomed and not patronised or spoken to on a level that feels beyond your depth. Hopefully, all the selections in this guide will be friendly like this- it’s something we have paid extra attention to in reading reviews.

Pricing. While we suggest paying for quality, some shops have different models. For instance, some shops charge for diagnostics, while others don’t. Similarly, some will charge per hour and some will have a set price for a task. You might also want a shop that allows an extra charge for speed repairs.

Always ring or go into the shop and find the exact details of the pricing. Honestly and clarity should give you confidence in your decisions, and remember if it doesn’t feel right, you can always try somewhere else off this list!
